Rights and obligations of the parties<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>The Contractor undertakes to:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">provide services in a quality manner and within agreed timeframes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inform the client about the progress of work<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">maintain confidentiality<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>The Client undertakes:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">provide all the necessary information for work<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pay for services in a timely manner<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">not to interfere in the process without approval<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>7.
