After leaving the application:

1. The contractor contacts the client
2. Details and scope of work are being clarified
3. Cost and terms are agreed upon
4. Start of work is confirmed

4. Cost of services and payment

Cost of services:

• is determined individually
• depends on the scope of work and complexity

Payment methods:

• bank transfer
• payment to the card
• online payments on the website

Payment terms:

• prepayment is possible (50-100%)
• or full payment before starting work
• other conditions can be discussed individually

5. Terms of service provision

Deadlines:

• are agreed individually with the client
• depend on the complexity of the project

The Contractor shall not be liable for any delays caused by such delays:

• untimely provision of information by the client
• technical problems of third-party services

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Contractor undertakes to:

• provide services in a quality manner and within agreed timeframes
• inform the client about the progress of work
• maintain confidentiality

The Client undertakes:

• provide all the necessary information for work
• pay for services in a timely manner
• not to interfere in the process without approval

7. Responsibility

The Contractor does not guarantee:

• a specific level of profit
• a certain number of leads or sales

The results depend on:

• niches
• competitions
• customer's product
• advertising budget

8. Refund policy

Refunds are possible:

• if the service was not provided

If the service has already been partially or fully completed:

• funds are not refundable
• or part of it is returned (by agreement)

9. Confidentiality.

The Contractor undertakes to:

• not to transfer customer data to third parties
• use the information only for the performance of services

10. Intellectual property

All materials created as part of the cooperation:

• are transferred to the client after full payment

The Contractor reserves the right:

• use cases in the portfolio (without disclosing confidential data)

11. Changes in conditions

The Contractor has the right to change these Rules:

• without prior notice
• the updated version is published on the website
